One-on-one tutoring: $60/hr

Cancellation

Although we are as flexible as possible when scheduling tutoring appointments, we understand cancellations will occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for one hour of tutoring. Any “no show” appointments will be considered late cancellations and be billed for one hour of tutoring.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call your tutor or Shawn Cardwell.

Inclement Weather

Since most tutoring takes place in the home of the student, in the case of bad weather or road conditions it is the discretion of the tutor to determine if they can safely travel to the appointment. If they can not travel safely, they will contact the family as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule the appointment.

If a student or family wishes to cancel an appointment due to weather, please call your tutor or Shawn Cardwell as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled. This is an exception the the “Cancellation Policy”.

Please do not assume that if school has been cancelled for weather that your tutoring appointment has been cancelled. When in doubt, contact your tutor for confirmation.
